Hi! I'm Jenni. I've been a fitness professional for nearly 20 years! I started my journey in 2006 leading Cardio Kickboxing classes at YMCAs around the Twin Cities. I fell in LOVE with helping incredible humans see results in their quality of life while finding joy, fun, and friendships in their fitness routines.
In 2010, I launched a multi-modality studio called Key Fusion in Mendota Heights, Minnesota. I have had the honor of serving this incredible community for over 14 years!
It's been pure magic watching lives transform, friendships ignite, vibey people gathering together, fun fun FUN unleashed, and indescribable health and wellness gains as a beautiful side effect!
Though we no longer practice at our old physical address in Mendota Heights, Key Fusion lives on! As our members once said, "Key Fusion isn't a building. It's the people!"
